Acceptance policies adopted by Souq joha

Recovery period

 Souq joha offers a return policy that enables you to return the product within 3 days of receiving it without hindrance. Please note that the following conditions must be met to successfully process a product return request:

         The product can be returned within 3 days from the date of receipt

         The product must be in its original packaging with the accompanying original cards

         It should not have been used and be sealed tightly with the same condition at the time of receipt

Recovery costs

You will be refunded the amount you paid after deducting 2.5% + shipping charges from the total product price paid at the time of purchase

Non-refundable products

Unfortunately, we can not accept the return request for products that fall under the following categories, for health reasons

        Cosmetics & Personal Care

         Jewelery and Accessories

         underwear

We carry out the inspection of the goods before they are shipped to our customers, so we do not accept the return of the goods if it is damaged or changed its external or internal form.

I no longer want to buy the product

Our priority at Souq joha is to feel comfortable while ordering products you really want to purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, the sooner you tell us, the better

The order cancellation process depends on initiating the shipping process. The shipping process usually starts within 2-3 days and some products need 7-10 business days until shipped by suppliers, so try to cancel the order at an early stage. If you wish to cancel your order, contact us at sales@Souqjoha.com and we will take care of everything and we will be required to do so.

But if the product is shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. In this case, the second best option for you is to take advantage of the return policy and return the product with the sponsored policies.

The same specifications were not displayed through the site or have a manufacturer defect

In this case, you can definitely retrieve the product and refund the money after the product inspection by our competent team and make sure to contact us if there are comments on the vendors with regard to specifications by mail
